Elite Catering By Darren full-service catering company. Starting a catering company in a large city like Houston had its challenges. They learned to make the perfect lemonade out of lots of bad lemons they encountered in their journey. After high school, Darren knew exactly what he wanted out of life and that was to work in the hospitality industry and one day to become a Chef. He gained his knowledge of catering through waiting tables, bartending, studying and management. Location was also a struggle, finally settling in The Houston Heights near Downton. Their menu is very verse with local flavors to international cuisine. He is most proud of the growth of the company, the lessons he has learned throughout the years and his amazing team.
