Elite Catering By Darren full-service catering company. Starting a catering company in a large city like Houston had its challenges. We learned to make the perfect lemonade out of lots of bad lemons we encountered in our journey. After high school, I knew exactly what I wanted out of life and that was to work in the hospitality industry and one day to become a Chef. I gained my knowledge of catering through waiting tables, bartending, studying and management. Location was also a struggle, finally settling in The Houston Heights near Downton. Our menu is very verse with local flavors to international cuisine. I'm most proud of the growth of the company, the lessons I've learned throughout the years and my amazing team.
