Many have been requesting that our Chamber add an education-based curriculum to our list of offerings. We are thrilled to announce that the Greater Heights Area Chamber of Commerce in conjuction with DTP Leadership Group, are presenting our inaugural course entitled: "Change is a Process, Not an Event: 12 Blocking Techniques to Remove and Change Ourselves and Our Organization".
In this transformative professional development program, participants will explore the critical understanding that change is an ongoing process, not a one-time event. Through three interactive sessions, you will uncover and address the common blocks to change within yourself and your organization. You will gain practical tools and insights to facilitate healthy transitions, improve organizational dynamics, and foster a culture of adaptability and growth. This program is designed for professionals seeking to navigate and implement change effectively in their personal and professional lives.
Participants will gain: Understanding of Change as a Process: Learn that change involves a series of transitions and understand the internal and external factors influencing change. Strategies to Overcome Blocks: Identify and address the 12 common blocks to change, enhancing your ability to create a positive and adaptable organizational culture. Techniques to Manage Resistance: Develop practical strategies for managing resistance to change within your organization. Tools for Facilitating Change: Gain insights into effective change facilitation and conflict resolution to support organizational transformation. Join us to learn how to approach change, and to foster eliminating the blocking techniques that prevent change in your organization.
