Mastering Group Facilitation: Elevating Leadership In-Person, Hybrid, and Virtual Environments

Description:

In this comprehensive professional development program, participants will learn to harness the power of effective facilitation and moderation to drive impactful meetings and panel discussions. Designed by Dr. Jackalyn Rainosek, PhD, and Liz Cloud, this program equips exemplary leaders and business owners with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of both in-person and virtual settings. Participants will gain:

• Self-Preparation Techniques: Learn to assess and align your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual states to lead with clarity and presence.  

• Emotional Intelligence Mastery: Understand and develop your emotional intelligence to enhance personal and professional interactions.  

• Advanced Facilitation Strategies: Discover methods to engage diverse audiences, manage group dynamics, and foster meaningful connections.

• Hybrid Meeting Management: Explore the best practices for integrating virtual participants with in­person attendees to create inclusive and productive meetings.

Program Details:

To maximize your learning and impact, it is essential to attend the entire three-hour session. The program includes valuable handouts to reinforce your learnings and serve as a reference for future facilitation endeavors.

• Time: April 11, 2025, 9:00am-12pm; Check-in 8:30 am  

• Cost: GHAC member $147; Nonmember $177 per person
