Jessie's Bites makes high quality healthy human grade dog food and treats with an amazing team who are all individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). They source ingredients locally where possible and only sale/deliver to the local community.

They bought the location in 2022 and rather than demolish and rebuild the 1934 house, they completely renovated and set the building up for another 90 years - being in this type of building is what the Heights is all about.

The building contains our commercial kitchen as well as a soon to officially open small retail store. Their goal as they go forward is to use the building in as many ways as possible to help build skills and experience in a safe environment for people with an IDD.

Their food is high quality and to that end they are only stocking other high-quality dog-related products and where possible, products made locally.

They are dog friendly and love it when furry friends come in and check them out!

Roland's Swiss Pastry & Bakery is a legacy commercial/wholesale bakery that has been located in and around Houston since 1962. Retail customers are welcome to order through their website but they mainly serve hotels, coffee shops, event centers, and wedding venues.

Salt & Sugar, a Houston Nosherie, Delicatessen and Patisserie, specializes in the highest quality made to order sandwiches, handcrafted salads, gourmand baked goods and sweets. Made with locally sourced, artisanal ingredients, their noshable creations deliver a delicious and unique food experience that is sure to satisfy your savory and sweet cravings.
