Reinel was born in Neiva, one of the important centers for the oil industry in Colombia; which led him study petroleum engineering.
He worked for 3 years for the National Oil Company, Ecopetrol, in Bogota.
Then , he moved to the United Stated in 2018 to study graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin and then worked for 15 years in Houston for BP (Formerly known as British Petroleum)
In 2015, he decided to search for opportunities to start his own business; a dream he finally found the courage to pursue. He chose Floor Coverings International, a nation-wide flooring franchise, where he is happy every day to creating new spaces that people are going to enjoy for the rest of their lives.
He considers every interaction with a customer, co-worker, peers, and networking are opportunities to make the world a better place.
He likes to travel, exercise and volunteer as a lector at All Saints catholic church
