My name is Jose Chapa with The Chapa Law Firm. My two practice areas are Personal Injury and Business Law.
I handle all Personal Injury claims, including: auto accidents, slip-and-falls, workplace injuries, and defective products, among others. If you are injured and it is not your fault, I can help. I provide a personalized representation in which my clients can directly communicate with me. I am the one who answers the phone and encourage my clients to text me if needed.
In regard to Business Law, I form entities (LLCs) and draft contracts. My office will also handle some breach of contract and collection claims.
